Origins of Cheese in Austria Infographic
I love cheese, and I could not pass up the opportunity to learn more about it. I wanted to know about the origins of cheese and chose Austria for this project. I discovered that almost all their cheese came from the same state, and most are rebel cheese. Rebel cheese comes in the form of wheels with varying flavors of rines and I used colors to identify the flavors. I then grouped and gave each cheese a brief description and showed the locations of where these cheeses originated.
